True Transparent certifies partners and overseas factories that meet rigorous criteria focused on, but not limited to, safety, transparency, ethical management and social responsibility.

Our ongoing commitment, and relationship building with our partner factories, help to leverage innovation in the industry, to meet emerging challenges, and to keep your business at the forefront of technical cutting edge manufacturing processes. 

 

Criteria for our certification program includes, but is not limited to: 

 

- Paying all employees a local living wage 

 

- Operating in a safe and healthy work environment

 

- Respecting the environment and strive to maximize sustainable practices

 

- Comply with the the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child. Plus, follow local laws on child and forced labor.  

 

- Provide a gender equal, non-discriminatory environment for all 

 

- Promote ethical trade

 

True to form, and in full transparency, please be advised, we have not yet issued all certificates for our operational factories. Final visits to some of our partner factories have yet to be completed. In person evaluations are important to us, but due to current health concerns and Covid-19, we have postponed our final site visits, thusly holding our final evaluations in some cases. 

 

As in-person reporting of factories is an important step in our processes, we have hired representatives in various countries visiting factories on our behalf, and reporting with the correct findings and evaluations. We maintain regular communication with our factories to evolve and improve our certificate practices, and embrace an unwilling compromise to keeping factory employees safe, and trade ethical and fair.
