DESIGN
TECH PACK DEVELOPMENT
PATTERN MAKING
Designing is a process. No matter the stage your product, we will work together to make sure it is smartly designed and most suitable for your target market.
Each project requires a tech pack which we are happy to create for you. This tech pack will become the guide for the product's journey from concept to product.
Patterns are made in TukaCAD and can be sent digitally in a .dxf or .pdf or printed on large format paper.
GRADING
There are standard and unique grade rules. We will work together to create your product with your specific grade in mind.
MARKER MAKING
We use TukaMark to create markers giving the best use of fabric. Markers are available in both digital and physical paper format.
HIGH PLY CUTTING
Textile and fabric cutting service for multi layer cutting and bundling.
SAMPLE MAKING
In house tools and equipment to create samples with a quick turnaround time.
MANUFACTURING
Domestic and Overseas manufacturing with low MOQ.
PACKAGING
Upon completion of your product we can help source the physical packaging and also package the item whether using ply bags or custom customer packaging.
